My service
So I purchased a appliance direct washing machine.I have paid both delivery and recycling charge .It starts with a failed delivery that never came because the product was last one in stock .So a wasted day off .I had a increase of purchase product and a second delivery date .This time on the Saturday .The product arrived damaged which I returned .I then asked for a full refund and even that can't be done correctly .I have had to do 2 follow up calls demanding missing money .So my initial product price plus charges was 248.96 .I then paid a additional 10.03 for a different product .I first received 219.00 pounds in my first refund .Then I phoned the company again asking where my additional 39.99 was they have currently refunded me 29.96 .I'm still missing 10 .03 .Hence why I'm writing on here to warn any one of this company and their pure lack of customer care .I'm usually a very patient and understanding person and would never write bad reviews .As I'm in a service field but these lot have tried my patience .Ots not difficult to see what I've spent .
